What this service is
This website operates as a referral service. We receive enquiries and pass them to independent tree contractors operating in the Illawarra region of New South Wales. We are not the party that performs tree work, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a contractor.
Any agreement for work — including scope, price, timing, payment terms and warranties — is made directly between you and the contractor. We are not involved in performing that work, supervising it, or resolving disputes about it.
Quotes and information
Indicative figures discussed by phone or email are estimates only and are not offers capable of acceptance. A binding price comes from the contractor, in writing, after they have assessed the site.
Information published on this site, including guidance about council tree controls, species, methods and pricing factors, is general in nature. Council requirements change and vary between the Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama local government areas. Confirm the current requirements with the relevant council before relying on anything here, and obtain professional advice for your specific situation.
Contractor checks are yours to make
We do not inspect or verify a contractor's licensing, certification, competence or insurance. Before work commences you should request and independently confirm evidence of public liability insurance, workers compensation where applicable, and relevant qualifications. When you submit an enquiry you agree that the information you provide is accurate, that you are the owner of the property or are authorised by the owner to arrange work on it, and that you will not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation or with other users.
